Order Confirmation:

Upon successfully placing an online order, you'll receive a detailed confirmation email with a unique order number.

Did you miss your Order Confirmation? No worries! Contact our dedicated team at support@haraca.com with the subject line "Order Verification" for assistance.

Payment Issues:

If your payment fails, reach out to us at support@haraca.com with the subject line "Failed Payment." Provide details and attach a screenshot if needed.

Unable to retry payment or didn't get a failure email? Avoid reordering; contact us at support@haraca.com with "Payment Pending," and we'll send a new payment link!

Paid but no order status update? For payment verification and a new confirmation, email us at support@haraca.com with "Order Status Inquiry."

Order Changes or Cancellations:

Once placed, orders can't be changed. Review your cart and shipping details before checkout. For assistance, contact support@haraca.com with "Order Assistance."

Delivery:

Wondering about your order?

  • Expect a Tracking Number via email within 72 hours of dispatch.
  • Delivery times:
    • U.S. and Canada: 8 – 25 working days
    • Europe and U.K: 15 – 30 working days

Note: Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or unexpected events. Orders are processed on weekdays, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing on Public Holidays:

While we aim for prompt order fulfillment, our warehouse and courier are closed on public holidays. Orders will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Delays:
